Section 11. At the first Annual Meeting, there shall be elected a President and a Treasurer, to serve two year terms; a Vice President, a Secretary, and Membership Officer to serve one year terms; and Audit Committee of not more than three members, to serve two year terms. Thereafter, all elections shall be for two year terms.
Section 12. Election of Directors and Audit Committee members shall be by majority vote, no written ballot.
Section 13. A Call for Nominations shall be distributed to the membership not less than thirty (30) days prior to the Annual Meeting. All nominations shall be submitted to a Director not less than twenty-one (21) days prior to the Annual Meeting. Each nominee shall be given not less than three minutes prior to the voting to state his/her position and qualifications.
