Pool Rules

Pool Usage is Limited to Chandler Creek Swim/Tennis Members assigned an active electronic key FOB and Residents of their Chandler Creek Household. Guests (maximum of 4 per member household) must be accompanied by a member
Important Notice: Renters/Lessees must provide a copy of a valid lease agreement before a Key FOB will be issued.
By entering the Pool Enclosure, you and all members of your household assume any and all risks that may be associated with contracting the Covid-19 Virus and/or Any Other Communicable Disease or Virus. This assumption of risk also applies to any use of either the Tennis Courts or Playground Facilities.
Anyone who is infected with Covid-19 or who has been exposed to another person infected with Covid-19 within the last 14 days is prohibited from entering the pool enclosure. If you have been experiencing any symptoms associated with the COVID-19 virus, do not enter the pool enclosure -- please get tested.
- No lifeguard is on duty -- swim at your own risk.
- Shower before entering pool.
- No Glass Items or Conntainers of any sort are allowed within the pool enclosure.
- No food or drink items are allowed within the pool or within 4 feet of the pool.
- No SMOKING or VAPING is allowed within the pool enclosure.
- Persons with an infectious or communicable disease, or who have an open cut or sore are not allowed in the pool.
- Proper swim wear is required -- No cutoff shorts
- Babies and toddlers must wear swim diapers at all times when in the pool.
- All minors (those age 14 and under) must be accompanied by a parent or authorized guardian
- No Diving -- No Running -- No Horseplay is Allowed. Do not throw balls off of pool house wall.
- Inflatable boats/rafts, floats with ropes, and truck inner tubes are prohibited as are bikes, scooters, or skateboards.
- Be Courteous -- excessively loud music, foul language, and other rude behavior will not be tolerated
- Keep gates to pool area closed at all times. Do not open gate for anyone not residing in your household.
- When leaving the pool enclosure, please remove all items that you brought to the pool. This includes but is not limited to chairs/lounges, pool toys, and disposable items (trash).
- Report damage, rule violations, or unseemly behavior to any Board Member/Officer listed on the "Contact" page.
- In case of emergency -- dial 911. Criminal activity should be reported to the Police.
