Common Area   --   Playground, Tennis Courts, and Swimming Pool Areas

Use of Common Area amenities is restricted to Chandler Creek Swim/Tennis members and members of their household.  Basic members and non-paying residents are not permitted in the common area.

• The common area opens at 10:00 a.m. and closes at 8:00 p.m. No one is allowed in the common area after closing. In the event of harsh weather, the common area is subject to late opening or early closing.
• Vehicles should not be left in the common area during periods when the area is closed.
• Children are not allowed to play with pool furniture.
• No Guests Allowed in the Common Area during Covid-19 pandemic.
• Trash Carts/Bins are not provided. Take it with you when you leave. Do Not Litter!.
• Climbing either the tennis or pool enclosure fences to gain entry is Trespassing. Violations will result in suspension of all privileges for all residents of the violator's household.
• No Skateboarding on tennis courts.
• The Playground Area and Equipment are for the use of children and their accompanied parent or guardian.
  Playground equipment is not to be used by teenagers or young adults; nor is the area to be used as a place for them to congregate.
• Inappropriate behavior by a member or a resident of their household that causes damage to the pool or any part of the common area will result in the member being charged for the damages.
• For emergencies please call 911. Please report any criminal activity to the police immediately.
