President
Represents the homeowners by managing the Association, presiding over meetings and acting as a liaison between the homeowners and the Board of Directors (BOD).
Vice-President
Assists the President, serves as a liaison between the BOD and the Swim/Tennis members. Oversees all activity at the Pool and Tennis courts.
Secretary
Responsible for setting and recording minutes for all BOD meetings and Annual Homeowner meetings. Serves as a liaison between the BOD and the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).
Treasurer
Maintains the financial records of the Association, prepares annual budget, files all Taxes, pays all bills for the Association and makes all deposits of membership dues. Serves as a liaison between BOD and Grounds committee.
Membership
Responsible for collection of all membership dues from the Homeowners and maintains a record of membership. Oversees all social functions, Newsletter, and Announcements.
