Section 6. At any general membership meeting, 20% of member households, either in attendance or voting by absentee ballot, shall constitute a quorum. If no quorum exists, the meeting will be adjourned and rescheduled within a period of not less than seven (7) days, and not more than fourteen (14) days, at which time the members present shall constitute a quorum.
Section 7. Each member household shall be entitled to one (1) vote on any matter of business which comes before the membership. Any adult member of the member household may cast the vote for that household. No member may vote by proxy.
Section 8. Absentee balloting is authorized. Absentee ballots will be distributed along with the notice of the meeting, and must be submitted to a Director before the meeting is called to order.
Section 9. No member may participate in the deliberations on any matter which he/she or a family member has a direct or indirect financial interest.
Section 10. At any Regular or Annual meeting, any member may bring before the membership any matter of business only after the disposition of New Business listed on the agenda, but will not be voted upon until the general membership has been notified and is given the opportunity to vote.
