Section 4. The order of business at any general meeting of the members shall be as follows, provided, however, that the President shall have the authority to amend the Order of Business when considered expedient:
a. Call to Order
b. Verification of Quorum
c. Membership Report
d. Financial Report
e. Other Committee Reports
f. Unfinished Business
g. New Business
h. Election of Officers
Section 5. The order of business at any special meeting of members shall be limited to the purpose for which the meeting was called.
