Section 1. Membership in the Association shall be limited to households of Chandler Creek Subdivision who have paid dues established in accordance with Section 3, below.
Section 2. There shall be two levels of membership:
Level 1 Membership shall include all privileges of membership, including access to all amenities offered by the Association.
Level 2 Membership shall entitle the member household to all privileges except access to amenities.
No resident may participate in any activity which requires use of the amenities, unless that household is a Level 1 member of the Association.
Section 3. Dues for the Association Membership shall be established by Resolution, approved by a simple majority of members voting on the resolution.
