Section 4. Membership dues are payable not later the March 1 each calendar year, and shall be considered delinquent 31 days thereafter. If dues should remain delinquent for more than 60 days, the household shall be considered expelled from membership.
Section 5. Reinstatement of membership in the Association during a dues year may be approved by the Board of Directors upon payment of delinquent current year dues plus a 20% penalty for late payment.
Section 6. Dues may be prorated for new residents only. Dues may not be refunded without approval of the Board of Directors.
Section 7. Waiver of Dues may be granted by a majority vote of the Board of Directors upon written request of the member household which includes a detailed description of circumstances surrounding the member's inability to pay. Such waivers may be granted for any portion of the dues year deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors. No waiver shall be granted for consecutive years.
