Section 5. The Board of Directors shall NOT have the authority to obligate the members of the Association without the approval of two-thirds of the members voting on the issue.
Section 6. It shall be the duty of the Audit Committee to make or cause to be made, an annual examination of the financial records of the Association, to be completed not later than the last day of February. The results of the audit shall be distributed to the membership along with the notice of the Annual Meeting.
Section 7. The Board of Directors shall make the books and records of the Association available upon request, for audit by the Audit Committee or audit service engaged by the Audit Committee.
Section 8. No Director will participate in the deliberation or vote on any matter in which he/she or a family member has a direct or indirect financial interest. Back to Top
